Can You Impeach the NY Times?

It was March 31, 2003 and Time magazine disclosed that in March of 2002 George Bush walked into Condoleeza Rice's office while she was meeting with three senators about Iraq and said "F**k Saddam, we're taking him out." It would have been nice for Bush and Condi to have told the American people as early as March of 2002 that war with Iraq was a fait accompli. Apparently, the mainstream press knew it (didn't everyone?), but they failed to share it with the American people, too. Can you impeach the NY Times?
